Lidia Shopping hopes that its customers will always be happy with the purchases made on its Website. If the Customer has any second thoughts about his/her purchase, he/she may exercise the right of withdrawal.
WHEN TO WITHDRAW
The Customer can return, for any reason, the product purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery. The Customer may return the product:
A. to change it with a product of the same model but different in size and/or color, if available. He/She cannot change the product with other products than those purchased. He/She may return the new product requested by following the same procedure as described on this page;
B. to get the refund for the amount paid.
HOW TO WITHDRAW
The Customer must notify Lidia Shopping the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal using the appropriate form on the Website.
After the Customer has sent the form, Lidia Shopping will send an email to confirm they have received his/her request. From the moment the Customer has submitted the form, he/she has 14 days to return the product. The Customer will have to return the product via the courier that Lidia Shopping will indicate via an email including all the necessary instructions to return the product.

PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED: CONDITIONS TO BE MET
Before deciding to return a product, the Customer must ensure that the products to return comply with the following conditions.
The products should not be used, washed or damaged: the Customer may have tried the products only in the same way he/she could have tried them in a physical store. Swimwear and underwear should be tried over your own personal lingerie.
The Customer must return the products in the same condition as received, including original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, covers, hangers, etc.). Footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product, and must not have been damaged and/or disguised in any way, nor used as a single outer packaging. Once Lidia Shopping has received the product, the same will be inspected and Lidia Shopping will verify that the Customer has met all the above conditions. If one or more conditions are not met, Lidia Shopping reserves the right to charge part or the whole value of the goods returned by the Customer, which will be deducted from the refund.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Return from Italy
If the Customer returns the product through the courier indicated by Lidia Shopping, the return is free and insured in case of theft or loss during shipment. You can apply for a return of the same product only once. If the Customer must make a second return request for the same order, the 8€ cost of the shipment shall be borne by the Customer.
Return from abroad
Lidia Shopping will indicate to the Customer the courier through which to return the products.
Below are the shipping costs for the return provided for the following geographic areas:
Extra EU and rest of world: 12€
The Customer is also responsible for any duties to be paid to return the products. For this reason, Lidia Shopping will deduct from the refund to the Customer the amount of shipping costs and any duties. The return, delivered with express couriers indicated by Lidia Shopping, is insured in case of theft or loss during shipment.
Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally shipped. Lidia Shopping reserves the right to refuse a return if the Customer fails to dispatch to a courier other than the one indicated and in case the delivery entails additional costs for Lidia Shopping or involves the withdrawal at a courier branch.
HOW THE REFUND IS PROVIDED
Lidia Shopping will refund the amount spent for the purchase, excluding any shipping costs incurred when purchasing the product, provided that the conditions set out in the paragraph "Products to be returned: conditions to be met" are observed.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise requested. The time of crediting the refund on the customer's current account may vary according to the credit card bank used by the Customer.
In any case, Lidia Shopping may suspend the refund until it receives the product or until the Customer proves to Lidia Shopping - with appropriate documentation - that they have returned the product.
