These general sales conditions govern the relationship between Lidia Shopping s.r.l. (“Lidia Shopping”), with registered office at Via Fossato, 8 – 46040 – Rodigo (MN), Italy, tax code, VAT no. and Business Register enrolment no. 01370210203, wholly paid-up capital stock Euro 400.000,00 and the person (hereinafter the “Customer”) who buys a product on the website www.lidiashopping.com (hereinafter “the Website”).





The Customer who intends to purchase the products on the Website:
A. selects the products in the desired quantity and adds them to the cart;
B. accesses a summary page with the selected products, their price, delivery times and costs;
C. places the order using the appropriate button.


The order that the Customer submits to Lidia Shopping using the Website constitutes a contract proposal.
The sales contract is considered concluded when Lidia Shopping sends the Customer an order confirmation email. The order confirmation email contains the Customer's personal data, the order number, the essential characteristics of the goods or services purchased, the price of the goods purchased, shipping costs, any taxes applicable, delivery address where the goods will be sent, indication of the right of withdrawal and a link that can be used to print and keep a copy of these terms.
The Customer must verify the correctness of the personal data contained in the order confirmation email and agrees to immediately notify Lidia Shopping of any corrections. Once the Customer has received the order confirmation email, the same cannot be amended.
The languages used for the conclusion of the contract are Italian and English.





Purchasing the products featured on the Website is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are classified as consumers according to Article 3 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). According to Art. 3 “a consumer is an individual acting for purposes unrelated to business commercial, artisanry or professional activities”.
During the phase of purchasing the products, the Customer is obliged to provide truthful, correct and complete information.
The Customer is also obliged to immediately notify Lidia Shopping of any change in the data provided. 
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Lidia Shopping harmless from any obligation for compensation and/or penalty in any way related to a failure to comply with these rules relating to providing and communicating their owndata, except as provided by the statutory rules of law.




The products on the Website are available in limited quantities.
For some types of products Lidia Shopping reserves the right to limit the number of products that can be ordered by the same customer or with the same order.
Because of the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the Website, it is possible that the products are sold to other customers before the Customer receives confirmation of the order. For this reason, once the order has been received, Lidia Shopping will notify the Customer via email if some of the ordered products are not available.




As an authorized reseller of all the brands on the Website, Lidia Shopping guarantees the authenticity of every product sold through the Website.
Lidia Shopping uses its best effort to describe and illustrate the items sold on the Website as accurately as possible.
However, it cannot guarantee that the details of the images on the Website correspond 100% to those of the actual product. Small differences are sometimes also possible because of the Internet browser or monitor used by the Customer.
The images of the products on the Website are the exclusive property of Lidia Shopping: any kind of use of these images is forbidden without the written authorization of Lidia Shopping.
The sizes of a product can vary from one manufacturer to another; for this reason, the Customer undertakes to read the Size Guide page before buying a product.




All prices quoted on the Website include VAT, except for countries that are not part of the European Community, for which it is not provided.
Prices may vary depending on the country where the product is to be shipped. On the Website you can view the price of a product even in currencies other than the Euro. The final price of the product expressed in a currency other than the Euro may vary according to the exchange rate applied at the time the order was placed. The sale will be made in Euro. Each fiscal or accounting document connected to the sale will be expressed in Euro.
When Lidia Shopping checks the Customer’s order, it will verify the correctness of the product prices.
If the price shown on the Website turns out to be lower than the correct sales price for the product, Lidia Shopping will contact the Customer to see if they still intend to buy the product at the correct price. If the Customer does not want to purchase it at the correct price, Lidia Shopping cannot accept the order. If a product's correct price is lower than the one indicated on the Website, Lidia Shopping will charge the Customer only the correct lower price and will in any case ship the product to the Customer.




Payment can be made via credit card, Paypal, bank transfer. After submitting the order, the Customer cannot change the chosen method of payment. 


Credit Card
If the Customer pays via credit card, the amount of the order is debited at the time when the order is acquired. If the order is made by a new customer, Lidia Shopping reserves the right to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in shipping the order. 

If the Customer pays via Paypal, the amount of the order is debited from the Paypal account at the time when the order is acquired.

Bank Transfer
If the Customer pays by bank transfer, he/she will receive the bank details via email. In this case, products will be shipped only after the actual crediting to the current account of Lidia Shopping with the relative amount indicated to the Customer. This credit must take place within 7 working days from the date of accepting the order, after which the order is automatically cancelled.




During the purchase of products, the Customer can use a promotional code to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on the Website. There are some limits on the use of promotional codes.
The promotional code:
A. is valid only for the indicated period;
B. the same promotional code may provide for a different amount discount depending on the type of product or may not apply to a specific type of product;
C. you cannot use multiple promotional codes in the same order.




The products will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, within the time limit specified and within 30 days from the date of the order confirmation email. Any shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are indicated before the Customer submits the order as well as in the order confirmation email. If the Customer pays with Paypal, Lidia Shopping will send the product at the registered address or at the address on Paypal at the moment of payment. Therefore, the Customer, when paying with Paypal, is required to verify that the shipping address data are correct. The Customer releases Lidia Shopping from any responsibility for non-delivery of the product to an address different from the one that the Customer has registered or entered on the Paypal site during payment.
Lidia Shopping has some restrictions on the delivery of its products in some areas of the world or for some types of products. These restrictions are indicated on the Shipping page that the Customer undertakes to read before submitting the order. If the Customer, when ordering, requests shipment in an area subject to these restrictions, Lidia Shopping can cancel the order and grant the Customer a refund for the amount paid. 




Products sold by Lidia Shopping are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity.
If the Customer receives products that do not conform with the sales contract, they will be entitled to request, without incurring expenses, the replacement of the product within the limits and conditions established by law. The Customer can exercise this right if the lack of conformity becomes apparent within 2 years from the delivery of the good and if the defect is claimed to Lidia Shopping within 2 months from the day it was detected.




The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with Lidia Shopping within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product and without providing any reason. The Customer must notify Lidia Shopping of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal by filling in the form on the Website (to which the Customer can access after entering their login credentials). Once Lidia Shopping has been notified of this decision, the Customer must return the purchased product within 14 days.

The costs for returning the product are charged to the Customer except as specified in the Returns & Refunds page, which forms an integral part of these conditions of sale. Any customs duties required for returning the product are charged to the Customer.
The products purchased by the Customer must not have been used, washed or damaged. The Customer may have tried the products only in the same way that he/she could have tried them and inspected them in a physical store. The Customer must return the products in the same condition in which he/she received them, including original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, clothes covers, hangers, etc.).
Within 14 days from the moment when Lidia Shopping becomes aware of the decision to withdraw, Lidia Shopping will refund the amount paid by the Customer, excluding any shipping costs incurred by the Customer when buying the product.
Lidia Shopping will refund the amount using the same means of payment chosen by the Customer during the purchase, except otherwise specified by the Customer.
In any case, Lidia Shopping may suspend the refund until the moment it receives the product, or until the Customer proves that the goods have been returned to Lidia Shopping with appropriate documentation.




Lidia Shopping is not responsible for disruptions due to force majeure or acts of God, even if this depended on malfunctions and disruptions of the internet network, in a case where it is not able to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.
Lidia Shopping is not responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from improper use of the product and/or not complying with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.




These General Conditions are governed by Italian law. The Customer may resolve any dispute related to purchasing on the Website through the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution), created and managed by the European Union. The Customer can access the ODR platform from this link.
Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions of sale, if not settled amicably, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Customer’s place of residence or domicile who is resident or domiciled in an EU member state. If such a place is not located within the EU, any dispute relating to these general conditions of sale will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Mantua, Italy.
